UH Series (Linear Motor Drive / Ultra High-speed Milling Center)
Arithmetic processing speed is 3 times faster than previous NC Units. High-speed milling machines that embody 3D shapes truly with the resolving power in 1 Nano unit.
It is equipped with original linear motor drive equipped on all 3 axes, in-house developed motion controller and PWM amplifier. By these functions, each axis control cycle speeds up and high-precision and high-speed milling process is realized.
High-quality surface finish is conducted in the fine precision area along with the improvement of characteristics of resolution control
It also contributes to the increase in speed of cemented carbide direct machining by diamond tools and quality improvement of mirror finish of optical lends.

■A wide variety of spindles developed in-house
To meet the various processing needs in fine precision area, you can configure settings by choosing from a lineup of four HSK shrink fit type dual face contact spindles. The spindles suppress vibration and core deflection to provide good balance between "rotation-torque characteristics" and high rigidity.
■Incorporates the new and advanced NC Unit "LN4X"
Original motion controller and PWM amplifier improves speed performance for all axes control cycles. With the improvement in the responsiveness of the driver servos and improvement of characteristics of 1 nm* resolution control, higher quality surface finish is achieved in the fine precision area.
