What is vacuum dryer “EVADRY”?
EVADRY is vacuum drying machine which removes moisture from the parts after cleaning. It can achieves completely drying of complicated shape workpieces only for inputting workpiece and press start button.
Automotive parts, semiconductor parts, resin products, carbon materials, Mg composite materials, construction machinery parts, hydraulic parts, etc.
Features of the vacuum dryer "EVADRY"
1. Throughly drying even the remaining moisture in workpiece deep area.
Water will evaporate lower than 100C temperature in low atmospheric pressure. Using this fact, Sugino makes evacuated condition in inside of the machine and it can remove the moisture in deep area of workpiece thoroughly.
2. Easy operation for anybody. And achieves process shortening!
It can achieves completely, eveness quality and full moisture removed drying operation only for inputting workpiece and press start button. Also it can eliminate cooling process of workpiece because vaporization heat in evaporation process cools the workpiece.
3. Replacing from air blow drying for cost reduction!
High power consumption is one of the disadvantage of air blow drying process. This high power consumption can be significantly reduce when you replace this process to vacuum dryer. Also you can transfer the human resources of manual air blow drying to another process for optimize costs.
