Benefits of implementing the liquid-contamination and oil removal unit “JCC-HM”
① Separates (removes) both chips and oil in contaminated coolant liquid ⇒ High cost performance!
Only JCC-HM can remove both chips (contamination) and oil.
Oil skimmers only remove floating oil, and filtration devices and cyclone filters only remove chips. JCC-HM enables removal work that requires multiple machines with a single unit.
Sugino Machine's proprietary technology for generating microbubbles is based on both the generation technique of microbubbles themselves and the "coalescer," a structural component that enhances the levitation of contaminants by promoting their floatation.
Additionally, contaminated coolant fluid is industrial waste, which is very expensive to dispose of.
