Sugino's ultra-high-pressure water cutting equipment was created from more than 50 years of accumulated history and expertise in water-jet research. High-precision nozzle control of ±50° has been achieved, and it is also capable of machining complex three-dimensional (3D) shapes. The newly developed ultra-fine abrasive nozzle realizes a minimum cutting allowance of 0.3 mm and significantly improves surface roughness.
