XTs-6 (6 inch / World's smallest lathe)

A precision lathe boasting the smallest floor space in the industry. High-speed operation of each axis, including maximum spindle speed, X-axis and Z-axis rapid traverse speeds. Reduction of both cutting and non-cutting time shortens cycle time and improves productivity. Another nice point is that the idle stop function saves energy and electricity during automatic operation stoppage.

XT-6 (6 inch / maximum level rapid traverse rate lathe)

Rapid traverse rate marks the best in its class! By improving the Z axis motor output, the drilling capacity is improved by 20%, achieving significant time savings. In addition, 6 power tools can be mounted,allowing a variety of compound machining such as hole drilling and keyway grooving to be performed. CNC 1 spindle 1 turret precision lathe specialized for improving workability, not only lowering the spindle core height to improve the approachability, but also suppressing the work load conveyor (loader specification) height to reduce the burden on the operator.

XT-8 (8 inch / Low-speed high-torque lathe)

Low-speed high-torque specification with the ability to deliver high torque when machining in the medium- and low-speed ranges has been added. This model is equipped with a large-diameter chuck, targeting the cutting of large-diameter workpieces, offering heavy-duty cutting capability when machining at medium and low spindle speeds. In addition, it is added with a support function to allow manual cutting for tool alignment to be performed safely and easily, and with a function that automatically saves operating statuses. It is full of functions that lead to increased productivity, such as our own unique thermal displacement compensation system and high-precision options for spindle base cooling.

XWG-3 (2-spindle / gang type CNC precision lathe)

Conventional machines that excel in mass production machining of small items have evolved! The 19-inch touch panel with excellent visibility not only improves operability, but also newly adopts power regeneration system. The operation is also faster and more energy-efficient. Equipped with two built-in motor spindles, this lathe realizes high precision and high-efficiency production.

XW-60 (6 inch / drum type lathe)

The width of the machine with the loader transfer is shortened to the smallest in the class. Although compact, the transfer system that integrates the transfer loader and the machine body, and the powered-up spindle motor, lead to a shorter cycle time. The power tool that adopts a single drive method can be attached to up to 20 tools, and the tool mounting size is also improved. It is a 6-inch mid size machine that offers space savings, compound machining, and high-speed automation by providing a wide range of machining variations.

XW-130 (8 inch / drum type lathe)

In pursuit of increased driving speed, it is equipped with a newly-developed 3-axis loader dedicated to 2 spindle configurations. The loading time is 6 seconds, the fastest in its class. In addition, improvement of the intermediate turnover unit has enabled workpiece delivery to be completed in one motion instead of two as was previously necessary, allowing a shorter cycle time. It is a precision lathe that combines high speed and high power, such as adopting a motor of 11/7.5kW for φ100mm maximum spindle diameter, and by installation of the spindle base cooling system for stable machining precision.

XWT-8 (2-spindle, 2-turret precision lathe)

To simplify loader setup, a new 3-axis loader system has been introduced, achieving a loading time of 5.5 seconds—10% shorter than conventional machines. Additionally, a FANUC general-purpose controller has been adopted. For improved operability, integrated management is enabled by controlling both the machine and the loader through a single controller. The main spindle is equipped with two motors rated at 11/7.5 kW and features a large-diameter φ100 bearing.

ESL-10 (6 inches / low-priced, simple model)

Made in Japan, this highly reliable simple machine complies with CE standards, offers world-class safety and durability, and achieves turning capabilities similar to that of our flagship model at low cost. Despite its compact design, this 6-inch lathe provides workspace for a wide variety of shapes and improves productivity.

XV-3 (3/4 inch / inverted vertical lathe for process integration)

Three spindles are installed in one machine which enable a variety of machining from turning to drilling with power tools and flexible process configuration, such as a 1-1-1, 1-1-2, 1-2-2 or 1-2-3 pattern. Moreover, the coolant tank, the chip conveyor, and the mist collector, etc. are for one unit. In addition to space savings, it also contributes to cost savings. In addition to workpiece transfer by self-loading, the number of transfers between chucks is reduced by the transfer device, which has a workpiece turnover function. Setup effort can also be reduced. This decreases the number of setup changes.

XTT500 (Compound precision lathe with 8 inch / twin turret)

Achieved a significant reduction in balance cut and simultaneous individual machining time. Appropriate machining from multi-product workpieces to shaft work is possible only with a machine equipped with upper and lower twin turrets. In addition, since eight power tools can be mounted and powerful milling can be performed, the drilling process that was previously performed with another device can be consolidated into this one. Furthermore, it is a machine with high rigidity and high output, such as a high-output spindle motor and a tailstock unit that exerts powerful thrust with a hydraulic drive.

XYT-51 (Compound precision lathe with 6 inch / adopting BMT45 system)

The half index allows for up to 48 turning tools and up to 24 power tools. In addition, the bolt mount system supports a wide range of attachments from various holder manufacturers and a variety of tooling layouts. Machining suitable for your production style can be realized. A larger main spindle through-hole diameter and a higher motor output power realize bar work with a maximum φ51 mm and heavy-duty cutting. This is one unit that meets the needs of integrated machining processes, such as the movement synchronization of the first and second turrets.

XY-120P (6 inch / compound machining lathe)

It is the machine that can be expected to drastically reduce the machining time. X2 axis and the added sub-spindle realize superimposed machining. In addition, by installing a motor one rank higher than the conventional machine, the outer diameter cutting cross-sectional area, including the sub-spindle side, has increased by more than 10%. Simultaneous machining of main and sub-spindles is also possible. Furthermore, the 12-station main turret can be tool-mounted in 24 positions by the intermediate indexing function. Additionnally, with the sub-turret, the maximum number of tools becomes 36. It also contributes to shortening the time required for frequent setup changes.
