Plastic bending and welding

Bending processing involves softening sheet materials such as acrylic, PVC, and PET with an electric heating rod or electric furnace, then shaping them into the required shape using a fixed jig or mold. This one-piece processing method is commonly used for products like covers and trays. For cases where one-piece processing is not feasible or where additional strength is required, resin can be melted and joined using welding rods and specialized tools, or adhesive processing can be employed.
