This inspection support tool leverages AR technology to overlay 3D CAD data onto medium- to large-sized parts, equipment, jigs, and structures, instantly visualizing discrepancies. By displaying the 3D CAD model in real time over the workpiece on an iPad Pro, users can simultaneously compare the design data with the physical product. Abnormalities such as missing holes, incorrect positioning, absent components, or reversed orientation can be intuitively identified by any operator. No specialized skills are required, enabling standardized inspections that are independent of individual experience.
