The showroom of UNIFLOW in Singapore has been renewed! | We expanded our lineup of samples including functional doors for residential use as well as swing doors.

UNIFLOW INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
UNIFLOW INTERNATIONAL PTE.LTD was founded in April 2014 as the subsidiary in Singapore of JAPAN UNIFLOW CO., LTD, aiming to expand our business in Southeast Asian region. We mainly support distributing the products of JAPAN UNIFLOW in ASEAN and Taiwan regions, as one of the experts of fittings used in factories and retail stores, such as self-closing swing doors and high-speed roll-up doors.
In August 2022, we renewed our showroom in Singapore office. This article will show you the highlights of our new showroom and introduce you the new arrivals in our samples of our products.

Functional doors for residential use (rolling doors and sliding doors)
We are distributing our products listed below for construction sites and retail stores in Southeast Asian region.

・Energy-saving products for retail stores (strip curtains for showcases)
▲ Strip curtains are much effective in the energy-saving efforts, preventing the cold air coming out from refrigerating or freezing showcases.
Now we are looking at the potential of growing market of functional doors for residential use (rolling door / sliding door). They have been already installed in some flats and stores in Japan, though we are now researching their market in Southeast Asian region. We exhibit a sample of these doors in our new showroom.

A series of functional doors realizes space-saving and barrier-free environment.

●Provides a space-saving environment with a wide frontage
You need only 1/3 space for an overhang of the door compared to ordinary hinged doors since it has a mechanism of opening the door with rolling itself, which means there is no need for space for door pockets. You can keep the space to open the door even if you only have limited space.
●A barrier-free door with an excellent safety
You need less power to open and close the door with opening and closing so smoothly, which makes it friendly to the people in a wheelchair. The hangover of the door is small and users can easily pass through the door with a flat floor achieved by an upper-hanging.
●Made with aluminium materials having both durability and lightness

A user-friendly door for residential use closes quietly with an operation of an air brake.

A swing door for food factories and central kitchen which conforms to HACCP (Swing door, Sliding Door, and High-speed Roll-up door)
We exhibit and propose products which support the food safety management in a factory, such as Eco Swing Door, linear motor type automatic sliding door and high-speed roll-up door. The markets of these products including food factories in Southease Asia region and central kitchens for F&B field are about to grow after COVID-19 pandemic.
