Toyota Material Handling (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the reginal distributor for 3 brands of industrial vehicles: "Toyota", "BT" and "Raymond". It is also a distributor and maintenance services provider for logistics solutions supporting the automatic warehouse system.
On this occasion, Samurai Asia would like to introduce TOYOTA AUTOMATION, the synergy of the automation products to increase warehouse efficiency consisting of a fully Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) through the use of a Moving Rack, AGV-Key Cart, Autoshuttle and Autopilot.
Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS / RS)
TOYOTA AUTOMATION provides a fully automated warehouse system that is AS/RS for the unit pallet and bucket to control with a material storage and receiving system, including the movement of loading equipment. The AS/RS system from Toyota will help to increase storage space efficiency the most as follows:
1. To use available space to the ceiling with the heights for standard models from 6-21 meters and for customized model from 21-43 meters.
2. To reduce storage floor space by up to 1/3 compared static rack.
3. To be able to check stock status and delivery of goods
4. To be able to integrate with other warehouse management systems (WMS), such as PE, IS-200
which can handle data correctly in real time.

Moving Rack
If there is a building with limitations, such as an unalterable old building, limited space or in a cold storage room. The Moving Rack can still be used as follows:

1. To save storage space by up to ½ of the floor space when compared to static racks.
2. To minimize the aisle and increase storage space for more products
3. To be able to move shelves easily by pressing one button, including opening only one aisle that you want to load and transport.
4. There has a power saving function, such as Auto Power OFF, to cut off the power supply in case of no use during a certain period of time.
Moving Rack
Key Cart
In order to increase work efficiency, we also have an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) named Key Cart which will change the normal transferring products by a traditional style to be automated cart by pressing one bottom.
In addition, the Key cart can work with AS/RS by receiving and sending goods/products to the AS/RS for reducing errors by operators.
1. There has safety functions as standard equipment, such as obstacle sensors.
2. To be able to set the route by using magnetic tape and change routes or its operations easily by Excel.
3. Easy to maintain without refueling or rerouting any cables at all.
There are two types of Key Cart according to the work environment:
1. Standard type model for loading and towing which can move forward and backward
2. Tow type model for towing and move forward only.

Autoshuttle
In case the customers need to reduce the cost, it can replace the Crane with high cost or adjust their static rack by using Autoshuttle. The Autoshuttle will move horizontally between the layers of racks.
