The warehouse department at Thammasat University Hospital has selected TOYOTA BT tyro to transport medical equipment and utilities to other departments within the hospital. It can be considered a large warehouse that requires human labor to transport. Since some products are quite large and heavy, it is difficult to work alone. Mr. Noppadon Klinchan, General Service Officer who regularly supervised the transportation of various equipment told about the issues they had when they were using a normal hand pallet before changing to BT tyro.

“The Usage was quite difficult and required two people to transport the product due to the lack of lifting power, resulting in relatively slow work that did not provide the functionality as needed. In addition, sometimes having to transport in a narrow space could be difficult because the turning circle of the hand pallet is quite difficult to control.
