THAILAND INDUSTRIAL FAIR 2019

THAILAND INDUSTRIAL FAIR 2019 which was held at BITEC Bangna during the past February 13-16 had successfully ended. The theme of this year TIF2019 was "Smart Solutions Create Intelligent Manufacturing" to connect advanced technology with the factory in order to respond to all needs by comprehensively integrated with exceptional technology of industrial products and services due to presently the business is in transition stage from human labor to automated systems towards the Transformation Industry 4.0 era by applying various kinds of technology either Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Internet of Things (IoT) systems in order to enhance the advantages and develop the potentials of business and industry to reach the international level and be globally competitive.

Taking this opportunity, the Samurai Asia team had visited the booth of Toyota Material Handling Thailand, who brought the comprehensive logistics system products to exhibit in this Fair. Also, we had interviewed Mr. Surachai Phisuthvachira, Marketing Manager, about this exhibition

Q: What is the purpose of joining TIF 2019?

A: We want to participate in this Fair in order to access to more entrepreneurs. Besides, it is a collaboration with the Federation of Thai Industries and Thai Metal Packaging Association. In addition, we want to present Toyota's new technology since TIF 2019 is a showcase of technology of logistics systems and industrial products under the concept of 'Smart Solutions Create Intelligent Manufacturing' which meets our Toyota’s products that focus on the logistics provider; meantime, it can meet all demands of every entrepreneur when visiting our booth.

Q: What kinds of products being displayed in this Fair?

A: We display almost all kinds of products, especially for the environmental protection and pollution reduction, which Thailand is presently facing pollution problems. We will focus mainly on electric vehicles. Furthermore, we have introduced an autopilot vehicle and have demonstrated its co-working with Key Cart with accuracy, safety and pollution-free.

Q: What is the highlight of the displayed products?

A: It is smart solutions such as the Autopilot system as mentioned above. Importantly, we also have a Demo Campaign for customers to try our 3HFW for free so that the customers who have never used Toyota products will know how good our products are.

Toyota 3HFW Series Counter Balanced Electric Forklift is a Counter Balanced Stacker of which electric system meets the requirement of working in a narrow space and can be used with varieties of pallets for lifting not higher than 3 meters or to be used in a not so big warehouse.

Q: What is the expectation of ‘Toyota Material Handling Thailand’ from the participation in this Fair?

A: We want to be a part in creating a livable society including offering the convenience to the entrepreneurs. Particularly, Thai society is entering into the elderly society in the near future. Therefore, labor is very important. But if we have the products that can replace the lack of labor, as well as, without pollution and environmental friendly, these things will promote the livable society, convenient transportation resulted in safety and beneficial for all parties.

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.

The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
