MEG, headquartered in Nagano Prefecture, specializes in developing and manufacturing FA equipment units. The company is highly regarded in the industry for its rare adoption of "cam mechanisms*", offering modular units with exceptional performance. By leveraging its proprietary cam mechanism, MEG achieves high speed, precision, rigidity, and durability. Since 2024, Ueno’s overseas branches have become authorized distributors of MEG products, allowing these previously Japan-focused solutions to be actively promoted in global markets.
*Cam mechanism: A mechanical system that converts rotary motion into linear motion or other types of movement through a custom-shaped cam structure.

The Pickup Unit operates ultra-fast at 0.03 seconds per cycle, gently picking up delicate parts that are prone to shock. Its unique technology eliminates the instability commonly encountered during handovers.

・ Capable of downward, stationary, and upward movement in a single rotation (with built-in sensors for operation confirmation).

This compact pick and place unit enables high-speed and stable transfer of workpieces using a single motor. We offer a wide range of models to suit various workpiece sizes, weights, and transfer distances.

・One motor drives both vertical and horizontal motion for simple control and easy maintenance
