CoroCut® 2's unique system for stable and highly efficient cutting

The CoroCut® 2 is a high-productivity tool that can perform precision cut-off (parting-off) of finished workpieces, grooving for O-ring, as well as profiling and turning. This Sandvik's unique rail lock system improves insert clamping force, preventing the movement of insert during machining and ultimately extending insert too life. In addition, this rail locking system improves cutting conditions and tool durability.

Four major geometries (-CM / -GF / -RM / -TF) and innovative coating technology enable highly efficient machining. GC1225 is a new grade that is expected to be in high demand in Vietnam (Southeast Asia). Increased wear resistance and insert reliability offer excellent cost performance for all workpiece materials.
