In this article, our 2 staffs, WILAI (21 years of service), who is in charge of total management in Ueno (Thailand) and ITTI (12 years of service), who is in charge of marketing, will introduce our booth at "METALEX", which will be held at BITEC on November 20 ～ 23.
In METALEX Thailand, we will introduce industrial robots and collaborative robots of Denso, industrial robots of Yamaha, cam type indexing devices and speed reducers of Sankyo, and factory chemicals, such as rust removers and rust preventives of NMC.
Our Company will set up a booth at “ROBOT X at METALEX” in Hall 106, focusing on FA-related equipment same as last year. We will introduce the products to be exhibited at the booth as soon as possible.
DENSO collaborative robot “COBOTTA” working together
COBOTTA is a robot with infinite possibilities. There is no limit to the work in which people and robots coexist and collaborate. It is the manufacturing site of precision instruments, the development site of medicines, office work, etc. The greatest appeal of COBOTT is to realize ideas that spread. In this year's exhibition, we will propose an application that is intended for the use in the factory.

“YK400XR”, a small type SCARA robot manufactured by Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. with excellent cost performance
YK400XR, manufactured by Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., is a new SCARA robot that has redesigned the part of the mechanism of the traditional small type SCARA robot YK400XG. It boasts excellent cost performance while being high quality with high functionality. The fastest cycle time in the class, combined with the new controller "RCX340", enables versatile and high-performance control, and it contributes to the improvement of the production environment.
“MR series” and “RA series” of RollerDrive (positioning device) developed by Sankyo Seisakusho Co. that support the improvement of productivity
RollerDrive manufactured by Sankyo Manufacturing Co. is a high-precision positioning device that is indispensable for widening the width of the manufacturing process. The high cam technology produced by Sankyo Manufacturing Co. enables high-speed and reliable positioning. We will exhibit both the new products of the "MR series" and the conventional machines of the “RA series”.
Rust remover “HYP-R1S” and water-soluble neutralizing rust preventive “HYP-W25” produced by NMC, an industrial chemical manufacturer
Rust remover HYP-R1S manufactured by NMC Co., Ltd. is a rust-removing agent mainly composed of phosphoric acid. No odor or toxic gas is generated by the reaction of metal ions, and there is no slime after cleaning. On the other hand, water-soluble rust preventive HYP－W25 is a type that is diluted with water. It is economical to use by diluting, and the impact on the human body is reduced. It is also available as a neutralizing rust inhibitor after cleaning. A demonstration of rust removal will be conducted at the booth.
We will also prepare a new proposal combining 2 types of robots of DENSO! At the METALEX, please visit the Ueno booth.
In addition, we will conduct a combined demonstration of the vertical articulated robot and SCARA robot (horizontal articulated robot) of Denso as a new attempt. By combining two types of robots, we will make new proposals to help the creation of new work. Please check it with your eyes at our booth. We look forward to seeing you at the METALEX 2019.

Tetsuji Fukigamu Manager (Photo: Center) Joined our Company in 1996. After taking charge of domestic sales and overseas sales, he joined the Thai corporation in 2001. He is a key member of Ueno (Thailand), who believes in the "Ueno-style" that visits its customers steadily and with simple honesty. This year is his 19th residing year in Thailand.
ITTI AROONSIRIRAT (Photo: Right) Joined our Company in 2007. At the METALEX, he will play the role of the "On-site supervisor" of the robot exhibition. “Please feel the real appeal of the robots we will exhibit,” he expressed his hope.
