The time has come for METALEX, one of the largest exhibitions in ASEAN. This year, the new coronavirus has affected all kinds of events in Thailand, and it is held in a situation that we have never been experienced before. After considering about how to convey UENO THAILAND's initiatives to our customers by all of us together, the conclusion reached is "We will do our best on what we can do this year!".
This year, we will exhibit solutions that contribute to factory automation and labor saving in cooperation with three manufacturers that have base in Thailand.

The concept is "anywhere, anytime and easily. Robots that work with everyone". Weight capacity: 0.5 kg, arm length 342.5 mm, position repeatability ± 0.05 mm. Ideal for work such as allocation/alignment, assembling, sorting, and inspecting parts in factories. At the booth, we will showcase a demo machine that allows you to imagine specific applications.
2. SANKYO / Cam Type Positioner and Cam Type Index
・Zero-backlash positioner / ROLLER DRIVE A positioner that applies a roller gear cam mechanism with excellent accuracy, rigidity, and durability. It features high-speed and precise positioning, high-precision θ-axis positioner, and swivel/swing arm drive. Useful for positioning with all FA devices.
・Cam type index / SANDEX α series A cam system (indexing device) created from the combination of a roller gear cam and a cam follower. Standardized from small to large size. It has excellent rigidity, long life, and is easy to control.
3. YAMAHA Linear Conveyor Module LCM
From "flowing" to "moving" things! The high-speed movement and smooth stop significantly reduce tact time. It reduces waste in the transportation process and realizes a simple line construction. A "transport robot" created by YAMAHA, which has a rich lineup of single-axis robots, XY robots, and SCARA robots.
