A back support Jacket or the Support Jacket of the UPR Company are used to prevent wearers from experiencing back pain while guiding the wearer to use proper lifting posture. By helping to improve body posture through a focus on areas such as the back and abdomen, the Support Jacket leads to dramatically reducing the load on the waist area. In the previous article, we have mentioned how the Support Jacket Bb+PRO functions in load reducing on the relevant body muscle and protecting from injury during working. This article will introduce the Support Jacket Bb+ PROⅡ, the new model that has improved on the functionality of the previous model.
Support Jacket Bb+ Developed from the theory of ergonomics and researching on the end users’ needs
The support Jacket Bb+ of UPR Company is developed from the theory of ergonomics; it is functional to properly correspond to the human body to protect from harm and bodily injury. We cooperated with Kanazawa University to study and research over 3000 of our end users’ needs and perspectives, focused on developing the right posture and reducing the load on the relevant body muscles when lifting or working.
▲ Bb+ or 2nd backbone
The exclusive privilege patent development of the 2nd backbone concept (Bb+) will support and increase the strength of the wearer’s pelvis as well as comfort because of its similar curve to the human backbone. It helps to control the pressure as an orthopedic pillow and maintain the low angle level which is the ideal posture for working while increasing comfort and ease to wear with only 6 steps in 30 seconds.

We have collected the feedback and comments about the Support Jacket Bb+ PRO from end users to develop and improve the best ever model, Support Jacket Bb+ PROII, which functional and efficient injury protection. The significant improvements are as below:
An improved shoulders strap made of breathable fabric with added cushioning to protect the shoulders from injury caused by strap scratch.
2. Adding a chest belt
We have added the chest belt to lock the right and left shoulders strap. It is height adjustable and removable.
3. Adding an armband belt
We have added the arm band belt to adjust the tightness of the strap and to increase holder efficiency.
4. Development Design of the Knee belt
The knee belt has been improved to cover above and below the knees to reduce energy consumption while standing up.
5. Improved Muscle strap
The strap locker can be taken off and the extra front knee locker can be added to respond to the movement and allow the strap to twist while working.
6. Improve the material of the fabric
Breathable fabric has been applied to this model, with the increased technology the elasticity of material allows it to be stretched in the same direction both horizontally and vertically while remaining lint free.
