PANAPAT COMMERCIAL, responsible for sales operations, engages in the wholesale of liquid medicines, tablets, herbal drops under the "UECOF" brand, supplements under the "Hevita" brand, and other herbal medicines to pharmacies, convenience stores, and department stores in Thailand.

Hygiene and cleanliness are naturally important in the storage of PANAPAT pharmaceuticals and supplements. Therefore, the “pallets” used for moving and storing products are crucial items. This is because pallets are not only used in the warehouse, but are also brought into the factory, where hygiene is strictly controlled.

We interviewed Mr. Jeerasak, the HR Manager, and Mr. Jaturaput, the Marketing Manager at PANAPAT, to learn about their reasons for using UPR's pallet rental service and their impressions of it.

Hygienic Pallets Suitable for Storing Pharmaceuticals and Supplements

UBefore adopting UPR's pallet rental service, the company purchased and used its own pallets. However, they decided to switch to the rental service for the following reasons:
Limited storage space
Fluctuations in monthly pallet usage
The time and cost associated with managing pallets as company assets

Criteria for Pallets Used for Pharmaceuticals and Supplements
■ Pallet Material
Since the products being stored are pharmaceuticals and supplements, and the pallets need to be brought into the factory, hygienic plastic pallets are required.
■ Strength and durability
For a pharmaceutical and supplement factory, it is essential that the pallets are free from damage and do not generate debris, meeting the stringent management requirements of the manufacturing process.
■ Flexible Usage
Due to fluctuations in import volumes and production periods based on market demand, the number of products managed in the warehouse can vary. Ideally, the required number of pallets should be available to accommodate this fluctuating demand.
■ Load capacity
Desired load capacity ranges from 1 to 3 tons.
