Outer peripheral Inspection for cylindrical objects: High-speed multiple image acquiring and processing to one connected image 【Thailand】

In this video, while the bearings, a test object is rotating one time per one second, the camera takes images of the outer periphery in each 2mm width consecutively. More than 100 images taken are combined instantly and the inspection is conducted using the combined images. As you can see, the inspection is conducted at a very high-speed.

1. ① Combine the images taken consecutively and conduct the inspection with the image like development elevation. Using multiple lighting angles enables the device to inspect for defects which cannot be detected with a single lighting source like a line scan camera.

3. ③ Applicable to columnar parts such as bearings, gears and shafts and available in a wide range of products and fields.

Appearance inspection for the parts stored in a tray: On-tray inspection combined with a tabletop-type robot【Thailand】

The camera combined with a tabletop-type robot inspects the surface of resin molding products and metal parts stored in the tray at high speed. The robot sliding and moving the tray storing the parts on the inspection table is a tabletop-type robot of Musashi Engineering Company known as a “MUSASHI” brand. Our camera is taking images from the top.

In the last demonstration video, 2 cameras at the top and bottom are inspecting plastic molded products such as connectors arranged on a round glass table at high speed. They inspect for defects such as foreign substances on upper and lower surfaces and short shots. In the actual manufacturing process, it is expected to use parts feeder.
