ViSCO Technologies (Thailand) showcased a variety of cutting-edge technologies at the event. Among the highlights was an image processing inspection system designed to detect NG (non-conforming) products using heat maps and precision tools that accurately distinguish between OK and NG parts. Another featured innovation was a bearing inspection system integrated with Mitsubishi’s SCARA robot, which can measure the external weight of bearings and calculate X, Y positions and angles, enabling the robot to handle the next step with high precision. The company also presented VTV Presto, its latest technology developed specifically for pressing applications. This system allows for simultaneous measurement and external inspection of parts in real-time without halting the machine, even when NG products are detected. Lastly, ViSCO introduced its proprietary technique called PMS (Pre-processing Method for Sensitivity). Through a live demonstration comparing PMS with conventional methods, the company highlighted PMS’s superior capability in accurately detecting dents, reinforcing ViSCO’s position as a leader in advanced inspection solutions for modern manufacturing.
