High precision detected image concatenation

By synthesizing multiple images into a single image, it is possible to inspect which is difficult to detect alone and to measure and inspect across split images. The composite image is bonded with sub-pixel accuracy so that inspection and measurement are available immediately after synthesis. True position, coplanarity, and total pitch inspection are possible in the concatenated image.
