A new type load cell with high natural frequencies reduces frequency stability time and enabled high-speed weighing. The YAMATO SCALE's unique AFC system (Automatic Feed Control) and evolved vibration characteristics of the feeder have realized optimum product feed, and increased factory-operating ratio. It contributes to the improvement of productivity in the measurement and the packaging line at the Thailand factory.

・The hopper and straight travel trough are attached/detached easily without tools, and the cleaning time can be reduced.
・By the automatic weighing prohibition function, it is possible to attach/detach the hopper even during operation, it shortens the operation stop time.
・The hopper has a structure with a large corner radius, it prevents attaching the deposit, and the unit is able to be cleaned quickly and easily, reducing downtime during cleaning. ■Safe and secure design ・The large corner radius of the hopper prevents deposit and is hygienic. ・By adoption of toggle type hopper, it prevents leakage of the product. ■ Excellent operability ・Adopts a 10.4 inch color LCD touch panel with excellent visibility. ・Possible to operate it easily by the icons for display functions. ・Possible to operate from a smartphone or a tablet, letting factories operate the equipment while monitoring.
