Inspection equipment such as laser interferometers, levels, autocollimators, and ball bars are not required to perform calibration. In addition, various accuracy controls such as static accuracy inspections of positioning and circular motion tests can be performed with this one unit, reducing the time and effort required for calibration.
This is made possible by a unique spatial measurement method. By moving the bar, the distance to the target is accurately measured by a mechanism similar to that of a GPS system, and it acquires data on deviation and distortion.

The output correction data (pitch compensation, straightness compensation, etc.) is compatible with major controllers. It is easy to perform high-level accuracy control equivalent to the calibration service provided by a manufacturer.
