This equipment has two major features.

By reverse-flowing the cleaning solution (purifying oil) at a pressure several times higher than that during filtration, the filter element spacings are widened, and the adhering sludge (dirt) is stripped off for cleaning. The stripped dirt is sent to a separate tank, and only the debris is removed, keeping the oil clean. The backwash system allows the filter to be used repeatedly and does not require replacement. Filter replacement is a difficult task for on-site personnel. This eliminates the hassle and the cost of replacement filters.

The secret to the extremely high filtration performance of this coolant equipment lies in the filter element.
