ATL: Deburring device iTEM series
Adopts the "thermal deburring" system that utilizes the explosive energy of gas to deburr instantly!
"Deburring" is one of big barrier in metal processing. We hear many comments such as "want to remove burrs easily" in Thailand, as local production of high-precision hydraulic mechanism parts and die-cast parts has gradually starting.
By simply placing the object on the built-in rotary table and setting the gas flow rate and the ratio of the mixed gas on the touch screen, burrs are easily removed in instant.
