High-vacuum heat treatment or vacuum brazing of metallic materials, including stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys, high-temperature alloy components, natural diamonds, tungsten steel, cemented carbides, synthetic single crystals, CVD diamonds, and PCD/PCBN ceramics.
