Samurai Asia Editorial Department
On December 16, 2025, Yuasa Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereafter “YTTH”) will open YUASA SAKURA HOUSE, a model home showcasing high-quality Japanese building materials and residential equipment.
Located in a residential area about 40 minutes by car from central Bangkok, the property is a fully renovated two-story, 3LDK detached house on a 300 m² lot. It is the first model home in Thailand to feature an extensive collection of Japanese-made building materials and housing equipment.
Address: 966 Chalong Krung 19 Alley, Lam Pla Thio, Khet Lat Krabang, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10520
Total land area: Approximately 300 sq m, 3LDK
Designed as a Practical, Lifestyle-Oriented Showcase for Thai Living
Among Japanese trading companies, YTTH and its parent company Yuasa Trading place strong emphasis on building materials and home equipment. Both companies are proactively developing the market for these products in Thailand. This project was born from a strong desire to “bring more Japanese products into everyday living spaces in Thailand.”
In recent years, the number of housing units in Thailand has exceeded the number of households, and the trend toward choosing higher-quality homes has become increasingly evident. The purchase of renovated second-hand homes is also rising, and the demand for property investment among wealthy consumers continues to grow.
YUASA SAKURA HOUSE features approximately 30 products from 16 manufacturers, carefully selected to represent the best of Japanese building materials and home equipment.
Instead of presenting items individually, the products are integrated into realistic lifestyle settings such as the dining room, living room, bedroom, study, garden, and exterior areas allowing visitors to experience how Japanese products naturally fit into daily life. This approach provides a deeper understanding of the functionality and true value of each item.
Among the primary target audience—the affluent segment—there is a strong tendency to purchase products as coordinated sets for different lifestyle scenes. YUASA SAKURA HOUSE is designed as a model home that embodies the complete coordination proposals that only Yuasa Trading can offer.

On-site Visits Now Welcomed
Proper installation is essential for Japanese building materials and housing products to realize their full performance.
YTTH not only sells these products but also works closely with manufacturers to provide technical guidance on installation and assembly in Thailand.
▲ Plaster wall by Shikoku Kasei. A Japanese plaster craftsman visited Thailand to apply the finish and train local staff.
Through YUASA SAKURA HOUSE, YTTH aims to showcase the appeal of Japanese building materials and housing equipment to Thai architects, developers, and homeowners. In the future, expansion into commercial facilities and public buildings is also envisioned.
This practical lifestyle-based exhibition—where visitors can directly experience Japanese products not yet widely available in Thailand—is truly worth seeing. Please feel free to visit.
