The aforementioned 3D-Design Optimization has realized a lightweight and highly rigid body.In addition, the vibration suppression control function has been enhanced by installing vibration suppression control, which was previously used only for the kick axis, on the transverse and vertical axes as well. This reduces waiting time in a variety of situations, leading to a reduction in cycle time.
It minimizes dust released from the take-out robot (ISO class 6 level) and is applicable for use in production sites where cleanliness is required, such as in the medical and food industries. (*Optional)
Easily set a target cycle time and monitor it to check your work efficiency. In addition, up to 1,000 error logs can be stored and displayed, making it possible to go back in time and find the cause of error stops.
As an environmental load reduction tool, it is equipped with the ECO Vacuum, our unique technology for reducing suction air consumption. This reduces air consumption by up to 75%. The reduction in air consumption also reduces electricity cost of the air compressors as well as equipment costs.
