Air & Sea Freight Sales Manager 1 Position
Responsibilities:
1.Create and implement sales strategies for business and budget plans and delegate to each Sales team in purpose of expanding the new customers including maintaining the existing customers.
2.Ensure focused on sales hunting and service both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
3.Analyse the customer's business, competitors and current situation to make the business opportunity and build the relationship with the customers.
4.Manage the target RFQ strategy and make the decision in order to secure the business.
5.Ensure smooth business implementation and migration as well as eliminating operational issues.
6.Organize conference calls with oversea counterpart to discuss sales development, QBR, etc as and when it is necessary.
7. Manage and control the information exchanges from/to local and overseas to ensure effective information sharing to develop the businessesmanage and control the information exchanges from/to local and overseas to ensure effective information sharing to develop the businesses.
8.Control SOP to meet up CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT.
9.Analysis and increase the customer satisfaction's score from the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY within timeframe.
10.Prepare monthly report for management review.

Qualifications:
Age :30 - 40 years olds
Nationality : Thai
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics or a related fields.
Year of experience :At least 6 years of Freight Forwarding Sales expereince and people management skills

Other qualification :
- Good personality.
- Fluent in English, both of written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead a sale team.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Strong negotiation, decision problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Having good of leadership skill and ability to motivate, management sales team.
- Own car and driving license is a must.
