Basic principles of leak testing

This article will talk about the basic principles of leak testing which has 5 methods as follows:
1. The water immersion bubble test
Immerse the work into the water and see if there are bubbles. Helium is used to detect whether the work has leakage. Pressure is injected into the work to see if the injected pressure decays. This is a measurement of the difference in air pressure in the work and the master. This method can be applied with COSMOWAVE’s Air Leak machine.
