AC Servo Nutrunner (CORETEC)

A high-precision automatic fastening tool designed for integration into automated equipment. Featuring a slim design that facilitates multi-spindle configurations and a variety of body types, it supports torque management and traceability during fastening. AC Servo Press (CORETEC)

In addition to the MS series, which supports high thrust, high load capacity, and absolute specifications, the newly added GS series features enhanced motor performance and sensor-less origin detection. Equipped with a load cell amplifier, it enables linearity correction and records tool operation history, contributing to improved quality and productivity.

Master Chamber MC series

When putting test pressure on work, the air temperature rises rapidly by insulation change, and it will be an error factor of minute leak measurement. Master Chamber can match the temperature characteristics of work by changing the ratio of volume and surface area with the number and arrangement of fins and eliminate error factors by temperature change. It enables measurements excellent in repeatability without volume change.

Leak Master LM-1C

Leak Master "LM-1C" is suitable for daily inspection of air leak testers. The sensitivity of leak volume can be checked certainly and easily. There are many results that have been delivered in Japan and Thailand that set LM-1C as the leak standard. It can be produced with your desired test pressure and leak volume to utilize as an ideal determination device. The change of leak volume is small, and it can be used for a long time. A traceability certificate also can be issued.

Waveform Analysis System Movelet

The waveform analysis system "Movelet" analyzes and quantifies the waveform of sounds and vibrations generated from test objects and makes judgments close to those achieved by human's senses. The crack tests also can be conducted from the tapping sound. "Movelet" performs emphasis processing on the specific frequency band with an original analysis system called "Fluctuation transformation" and enables inspection in production sites with a lot of noise.
