3. Test pressure fluctuation correction *AL-R302EV
The test pressure fluctuation correction function eliminates measurement errors caused by test pressure fluctuations. If a product under test leaks, the pressure inside the product will be lower than the specified level. As the pressure drops, so does the leakage. As a result, defect products will be judged as acceptable. Even if the pressure fluctuates from the specified value, this function allows correct compensation of the leakage amount. In addition, even if the pressure inside the product drops rapidly, it will be judged as defect immediately. ⇒
