Waveform Analysis System Movelet

The waveform analysis system "Movelet" analyzes and quantifies the waveform of sounds and vibrations generated from test objects and makes judgments close to those achieved by human's senses. The crack tests also can be conducted from the tapping sound. "Movelet" performs emphasis processing on the specific frequency band with an original analysis system called "Fluctuation transformation" and enables inspection in production sites with a lot of noise.

Movelet Analysis Tool "MVA-600" is a tool to determine various parameter set up in the in-line tester. It is composed of 3 programs, "waveform acquisition program", "waveform analysis program" and "analysis result output program". It can analyze waveform data acquired in advance and determine OK/NG judgment conditions required in the in-line inspection.
