JUKI (Inspection and measuring instrument)

This is an integrated inspection and measurement instrument that can perform all processes from visual inspection to measurement and transfer in a single unit, taking advantage of the advanced image processing and inspection technologies that have supported SONY's mounting processes for over 35 years and utilizing JUKI's mechatronics technologies.

Especially at sites where manual visual inspection and measurement are the norm, it is possible to realize a significant time reduction and high-precision inspection. The lineup includes "SE1000" for surface visual inspection, "HE1000", a hybrid inspection instrument that accurately measures the depth of scratches with an optical comb laser, and "TM1000", a chain inspection instrument for simultaneous double-sided inspection.

Main inspection contents (2D / 3D inspection)
・ Dimension measurement: Outer dimension measurement, height measurement, clearance measurement, etc.
・ Surface abnormality inspection: Scratch inspection, color irregularity/stain inspection, dents inspection, foreign matter adhesion inspection, etc.
