Thai Hibex participated at Nepcon Thailand 2023 held at BITEC Bangna from June 21 to 24, 2023. The event attracted a total of 94,725 visitors over the four days, and the company's booth was also busier than last year.

Thai Hibex is a trading company specializing in supplying equipment, tools, auxiliary materials, and consumables for the electronic components, semiconductors, and automobile industries. ■ Janome × Hios : Automatic screw tightening - pick & place system
Fully automated system that can simultaneously assemble products and tighten screws. Janome SCARA robot is integrated with HIOS electric screwdriver and screw feeder to assemble HDD. By installing an electric screwdriver and gripper on a single robot, it contributes to lower cost and reduced tact time.
■ Janome × Heishin : Dispensing robot system with camera alignment
Janome desktop robot integrated with the dispensing unit. The dispensing system uses the "Mohno Dispenser", a progressing cavity pump of Heishin capable of dispensing high-viscosity liquids. It is also equipped with a camera that detects the position of the product before application, enabling more precise fixed-dosing dispensing.
■ DOBOT × Hios : Blow shooting screw tightening & monitoring collaborative robot (COBOT)
A collaborative robot capable of diagonal tightening of screws. The feature of this robot is that it can connect DOBOT collaborative robot to Hios screw tightening system and the screw can be blow shooting directly from the screw feeder. Since no time is required to pick up the screws, the cycle time can be shortened. Equipped with software that can monitor and record the results of screw tightening. The collaborative robot can work in collaboration with a human operator without a safety cover. Can be applied to various applications by exchanging tools.

"We had more visitors to our booth than last year.
We had customers from a wide range of phases, both new and existing, but in any case, our impression was that many of them were looking for machines and equipment to be used on their production line.
In this sense, the exhibition was a valuable opportunity for visitors to actually touch and feel the machines and to consider how they can be applied to their production lines in a more specific way.
Each of the solutions exhibited at the show was developed based on customer requests and problem solving. By having the opportunity for actual machines to be observed and listen to the challenges and requirements from our customers, we were able to further sense the increasing demand for automation and semi-automation in production facilities.
