Electric Screwdriver BLG-BC2 (HIOS)

Screw tightening errors such as missing screws can seriously affect the quality of product. HIOS, a pioneer in electric screwdrivers, offers an innovative electric screwdriver to address this issue. "BLG-BC2" series is the flagship model that counts motor rotation pulses and detects screw tightening errors with high accuracy. This model is capable of detecting different types of screws, screw floating, cam-out, stripped screw hole and so on. It is also effective for tightening deep holes that are difficult to check visually. In addition, a serial port is provided to connect with external devices, enabling external output of settings and screw tightening data for easy production management.
