JANOME desktop robot, combining high speed and precision with excellent operability and versatility

JANOME’s desktop robot “JR4000 Series” is a flagship model that combines high efficiency with precision. Boasting a maximum speed of 1000 mm/sec and an acceleration of 3400 mm/sec², it achieves approximately 10% shorter cycle times compared to previous models.

Driven by spline curves based on 3D data, it operates smoothly even on complex-shaped workpieces.

With JANOME’s dedicated software “JR C-PointsⅢ,” teaching operations are intuitive and easy to understand. The teaching pendant features an interactive interface that reduces the operator’s learning burden.

The robot also offers stable repeatability through a high-rigidity structure and provides expandability, such as fieldbus communication, contributing to improve productivity. Furthermore, its wide range of applications strongly supports automation in manufacturing environments.

Providing on-site implementation support and after-sales service

All engineers in Thai Hibex are capable of handling the setup and installation of JANOME desktop robots, providing consistent support from before to after installation. Before purchase, we offer demonstration units for operational verification and conduct preliminary testing based on the dispensing material and workpiece shape. We propose the optimal configuration according to the application and work conditions, ensuring a smooth start to automation on-site.

We continue to provide long-term operational support after the installation, including adjustment of motion programs and adaptation to application changes. We work closely with users to solve their challenges and support stable operation of the equipment throughout Thailand.

Optimal solutions realized through collaboration with JANOME

We have been engaged in the sales and technical support of JANOME robots for many years. Through a close collaboration with JANOME, we can provide flexible support tailored to user requirements, including software adjustments and customization proposals. Position correction using camera systems such as “AS200” with “USB camera”, as well as integration proposals with barcode readers or RFID, are made possible precisely because of the technical partnership between the two companies.
