Thai Hibex hosted its Private Show on March 20, 2026, in Lamphun, Chiang Mai. This marked the company’s first independently organized exhibition, attracting major manufacturers with production bases in Lamphun. In this article, we highlight the event’s key features and showcased technologies.
This Private Show was designed not simply as a product showcase, but as a solution-oriented exhibition. Rather than focusing on individual product sales, Thai Hibex presented automation and FA solutions by integrating products from multiple manufacturers, giving visitors a clear vision of how production lines could be improved in practical settings.
At the venue, many Thai Hibex original demonstration systems were exhibited, combining automation robots, dispensers, electric screwdrivers, pick-and-place systems, and more. Visitors highly appreciated the exhibits, commenting that they made it easy to imagine real-world factory applications.
【Examples of Original Solution Demonstration Systems】
・DOBOT Collaborative Robot × HIOS Automatic Screw Feeding Electric Screwdriver

・DOBOT Collaborative Robot × Yaesu Tape & Label Dispenser

・YAMAHA SCARA Robot × HANTAS Electric Screwdriver × HIOS Screw Feeder

・JANOME Desktop Robot × HEISHIN Dispenser

・NUVO BOT AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot)

Representatives from manufacturers with operations in Thailand also attended the event and held product and technology introduction seminars, providing visitors with a comprehensive overview of the latest automation technologies.

DOBOT showcased its CRA Series collaborative robots and the compact MG400 robot, demonstrating a wide range of applications such as screw tightening, pick-and-place, dispensing, and polishing. Its key strengths lie in high quality and strong price competitiveness. The company also introduced a demonstration system integrated with its VX500 camera vision system, enabling robots to recognize workpiece positions while operating, achieving a higher level of intelligent automation.
YAMAHA demonstrated pick-and-place applications using SCARA robots. SCARA robots continue to see strong demand in Thailand, valued for their excellent balance between cost and performance. The company also presented proposals for full-process automation by combining SCARA robots with linear conveyor modules, offering solutions that extend beyond standalone robotic applications.
HEISHIN exhibited its Mono Pump dispenser technology. Unlike pneumatic systems, its feed-based dispensing structure provides highly stable discharge volume control, helping reduce material waste. This solution attracted attention as an effective way to achieve both consistent quality and cost reduction, particularly in processes such as adhesive dispensing.
In the field of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots), AUTOXING’s NUVO BOT AMR (80kg and above) was introduced. Compared to conventional AGVs, AMRs offer greater flexibility in layout changes, making them an attractive solution for automating in-factory logistics. Models specifically designed for industrial applications were particularly well received for their high practicality in real factory operations.
Thai Hibex’s Private Show was more than a product exhibition—it was a showcase of practical automation proposals built through the integration of multiple technologies. Solutions combining collaborative robots with dispensers, as well as AMR-based logistics automation, directly address major challenges facing Thailand’s manufacturing sector, including labor shortages and the need for stable production quality. In addition to its role as a trading company, Thai Hibex is strengthening its position as a system integrator, and is expected to continue supporting the growing demand for automation solutions. The company is also planning future Private Shows in major industrial areas with larger customer bases, such as Chonburi and Rayong.
