1. Data collection
- Measurement devices are installed on each compressor to collect data for approximately one week
- Compressor operation remains unaffected
2. Data analysis
- The collected data is analyzed using KOBELCO's proprietary software to evaluate the optimal air system
3. Report submission and explanation
- A report summarizing current issues, improvement suggestions, and potential benefits is provided
- Load data (air usage and power consumption) during the measurement period is visualized in graphs, making load trends easy to understand
