All our products can be customized to meet our customers’ requests. Here I will introduce our chip crusher and chip conveyor and how the combination of these products will improve production sites.
A metal chip crusher is a product that crushes long bushy metal chips into smaller pieces. It can crush iron, aluminum, and stainless chips.
By reducing the volume of the metal chips, storage space can be reduced, the time, frequency, and effort of handling the chips can be reduced, and less workers will be needed. As shown in the photo, by using our chip crusher the metal chips can be reduced down to approximately 1/3 to ¼ of the original volume.
Our chip crushers can be customized to suit each production site and requests. The width size can be selected from 300mm/500mm/700mm, and the motor spec can be selected from 2.2kw/7.5kw/11kw/15kw.
We will select the ideal size depending on factors such as the amount of metal chips being processed, the size of the factory and empty space.

Steps to install a chip crusher
① Our engineers will visit the customers factory and check the size/amount of the chips and how they are being handled in the actual production site.
② We will propose the ideal functions based on all the gathered information.
We can also conduct a test with the actual metal chips from the customers factory using the demo machine at Moretech.
③ Design → manufacture → installation and set up
We currently ask for 3 – 4 months to manufacture our crushers. (April 2022)

Metal chip conveyors are special conveyors that discharge the metal chips from the machine tools. We can install conveyors combined with coolant tanks or chip crushers.
When combined with a chip crusher, these conveyors will carry out the metal chips from the machine tool into the crusher and then to the requested destination all automatically.
