With a powerful 100-ton compression force, the MAS-100 delivers significantly higher compression performance than typical competing machines (40–60 tons). It reliably compresses not only aluminum and copper, but also steel-based chips and sludge that are difficult to compact.
✓ Space saving and reduced logistics costs through a high volume-reduction ratio
Compression reduces the volume of metal chips to between one-fifth and as little as one-fiftieth of their original size, significantly reducing storage space requirements, transportation frequency, and disposal and processing costs.
✓ Cutting oil recovery rate of 95% or higher
Over 95% of cutting oil (coolant) contained in metal chips is recovered during compression. The recovered coolant can be reused, delivering both environmental benefits and cost savings—such as lower coolant purchase costs, prevention of oil leakage, and reduced floor contamination and odors in the factory.
