Sansuisha is a metal fabrication and coating specialist, with the first M being Method or Work Process, which we are ready to provide services for from upstream to downstream, starting from metal forming services with machines that can support all types of needs, such as Fiber Laser Cutting, Punching, Bending, Pipe Bending and Cutting, Spot Welding and other processes, for which we will design the forming process that is suitable for the customer's workpiece to reduce unnecessary time and costs.

Next is the process of Melamine/Heat resistant color coating of the metal parts with a conveyer production process that uses technology from Japan. This process will adjust the workpiece surface, a system of two coating steps and two baking steps, the method comprising coating the surface of the metal with Under Coating for preventing rust then decoration Top Coating following color of customer require. This type of coating will help the two layers of color to condense and stick together better.

Besides, we also have an electrostatic turbo disk spray painting machine, which is a machine with a workpiece distance sensor that uses an electrostatic spraying method. Along with having a tray that can rotate 360 degrees, Transfer efficiency (reduces lost of paint) is approx 200% of that of normal air gun that is why it can spray color accurately and paint the workpiece dimensions or complex shapes in every nook and cranny. This electrostatic turbo disk color sprayer is a machine that is rarely used in Thailand's factories. This is why it is a special and unique work process that Sansuisha is happy to offer to all customers.

The last M is Man, or Sansuisha's potential personnel. Management-level operators will receive technical training and education in Japan for about 1-2 months.
