OPM Series (Linear Motor Drive / Precision Metal 3D Printer)

This is a precision metal 3D printer enabled laminate molding and finishing by rotating tools with a single machine. The laser oscillator adopted fiber laser with a 500W output melts and solidifies metal powder. The melting ratio reaches 99.9%. With synergistic effect of main spindles equipped with 45,000 rpm spindle and original linear motors, high-speed and high-precision metal 3D printing was realized. MS Series (Horizontal / Electric Injection Molding Machine)

It adopted molding machine drive system "eV-LINE" incorporated original servo motor control technology into independent plasticized screw and injection plunger. Not only accurate and high-reproducibility injection performance, but also further improvement of high cycle molding and productivity and effect of energy saving, are also realized. The machine supports movable platen with linear guide, realizes stabilization of mold orientation and even surface pressure distribution during high cycle and reduces mold variation. UX450L (linear motor driven)

Equipped with our in-house developed NC unit and linear motor, the spindle head has been reduced in weight by 8.3%, significantly improving axial response characteristics. Enhancements to the ATC mechanism have halved tool change times, enabling high-speed and high-precision machining. Additionally, an idling stop function conserves energy by automatically shutting off the power supply during periods of inactivity, thereby reducing power consumption.
