■X Y U V 4-axis linear motor drive
4 axes are adopted in high-performance linear motor developed and manufactured in-house. The direct drive system was established and ball screws are no longer needed. Precise axis movements without backlash can be maintained semi-permanently. It demonstrates accurate position control and excellent discharge characteristics while machining.

■New power supply unit＆Heart-NC
The 5th generation type electric discharge technology "Perfect Active Control" was adopted. The serial communication technology of 1Gbit/sec. enabled high-speed processing of discharge control and motion control simultaneously. It is standardly equipped with automatic programming software "Heart-NC" and various shapes can be processed easily.

■Improve workability and productivity
VL Series are standardly equipped with various functions such as automatic wire connection unit, corner control, automatic liquid level control, and the latest surface finish circuit, etc. Furthermore, precision machining is realized by standardly adopting in-house developed and manufactured ceramics.
