Sugino’s “SELFEEDER DUO” series are innovative machine which can achieve the demands like “adding versatility into drilling or tapping special purpose machine“. It can improves productivity of precised drilling or tapping process for metal and resin workpieces and receive well reputation from customers.

Features of the compact and general-purpose drilling/tapping unit SELFEEDER DUO　

1. Possible to do Drilling and tapping in single unit!
Since servo motors are mounted on both the spindle and feed shaft, drilling and tapping can be performed with one unit. It has two servo motors in one unit (spindle rotation and feeding). So it can operate both drilling and tapping by one unit. It can use variety types of tools so it has high versatility.

2. Easy programming!
We prepared large variation of drilling/tapping patterns into the controller. You can create and revise processing programs and conditions by simple operations.

3. Choice of servo motors
For uniting customer’s control system in the factory, SELEFFEDR DUO accepts for using several types of servo motor producers.

4. Possible to manage both energy saving and mass production.
Not using pneumatic in drive source so it reduces 40% electrical power consumption from previous models.

▶ 10,000 rpm high-speed tapping specification (special specification)
The importance of precise tapping process now increasing because of the miniaturization and high precision of semiconductors and electrical devices. This tapping specification is suitable for small, high-precision and mass-production machining.

Enables simultaneous drilling/tapping of multiple holes. The multi-axis head can be changed with a single touch operation.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
