A high-pressure washing machine using a water jet is suitable for cleaning parts and deburring. In addition to being able to be used for various materials, it is also possible to clean parts with complex shapes, contributing to the stabilization of work quality. Moreover, since cleaning is performed with a small amount of water, there is an advantage that running costs can be reduced. We have a wide variety of high-pressure water washing machines to suit customers’ applications.

High-pressure water parts washing machine "JCC (Jet Clean Center)" series that deburrs and cleans all parts with high-pressure water of up to 245MPa. Since its launch in 1998, it has been highly evaluated both in Japan and overseas, and so far, we have delivered over 6,000 washing machines in more than 30 countries around the world.

The latest models are equipped with the energy-saving package "JCC-eSmart" as a standard feature, which can reduce power consumption by more than 50% compared to conventional models.

With an installation width of only 600 mm, chips larger than 0.2 mm can be completely removed! Targeted cleaning by CNC ensures removal of chips that would otherwise be left behind by shower cleaning machines and even chips that have accumulated deep in the tapped holes. In addition, the CNC control allows for flexible response to changes in production plans and designs by rewriting the program.

By adopting the modular system, the cleaning line can be completed simply by combining the cleaning/drying to transporting modules. No need for conventional dedicated designs or expensive and time-consuming systems! Since the module can be inserted and removed, it is possible to reuse the module only for the required functions at the required time between factories.
