Robot deburring cell RDM-S (BARRIQUAN)
Equipped with a high-performance floating mechanism that removes burrs without leaving any behind, while preventing excessive removal of the base material.
A robotic deburring system that achieves high-precision and stable automated deburring with a single unit. It integrates all the functions required for deburring automation into one machine, including two types of ‘BARRIQUAN’ deburring spindles with floating mechanisms, a vertical articulated robot, an index table, and a booth to prevent chip scattering. This enables stable and highly precise automated deburring.
