Equipment for cutting and processing objects with ultra-high pressure water energy of up to 600 Mpa
Water pressurized to a maximum of 600 MPa is injected through a small-diameter nozzle. This equipment cuts and processes using a high-speed, high-density, narrow water jet. Since it does not generate heat and does not affect the properties and quality of materials, it is used in various fields. It can precisely process all kinds of materials such as metals, resins, composite materials, ceramics, rubber, fabrics, and foods.

・Non-contact processing does not deform the material.
・Precision machining is possible (cutting allowance as small as 0.3mm)
・Can cut into any shape
・Compatible with thermally sensitive materials (copper, etc.)
・Compatible with brittle materials and composites (glass, etc.)
・Compatible with thick plates (thickness 100 mm or more)
・Clean and safe due to no dust dispersion

Hard materials: stainless steel, copper, aluminum, magnetic materials, CFRP, titanium, duralumin, marble, tile, glass, Inconel, Hastelloy, nickel, ceramics, etc.
■Processing of soft materials
"Water-jet cutting" processing only with water
Soft materials: Automobiles (ceiling materials, floor materials, instrument panels, sound-absorbing materials, bumpers), gypsum board, carpets, leather, cork board, rubber packings, cardboard, urethane rubber, felt, foam materials, resins, paper products, sushi, frozen foods, meat, confectionery, etc.
