The "JCC (Jet Clean Center)" series is a parts washing machine utilizing ultra-high-pressure water up to 245 MPa for cleaning and deburring various components. Water pressurized to a maximum of 600 MPa is injected through a small-diameter nozzle. This equipment cuts and processes using a high-speed, high-density, narrow water jet. Since it does not generate heat and does not affect the properties and quality of materials, it is used in various fields. It can precisely process all kinds of materials such as metals, resins, composite materials, ceramics, rubber, fabrics, and foods.

The JCC-Module is a modular washing machine equipped with CNC control, offering flexibility for adjusting production plans. The “JCC-HM” is a liquid purification unit that utilizes microbubbles to effectively remove fine foreign matter and oil. Suitable for a variety of applications, from water-soluble cutting oils to cleaning fluids, the it helps reduce costs and solve operational challenges.

The "Water Beam Machine (WbM)" is a micro-machining system that combines Sugino Machine's advanced water jet technology with cutting-edge laser technology. A nozzle, with a diameter of several tens of micrometers, ejects a water jet inside which a green laser—resistant to absorption by water—flows at high speed, reflecting repeatedly to form a water beam. When this water beam strikes the workpiece, the laser is absorbed, melting the material, while the water jet simultaneously cools the area. The water jet also cleans and removes any residue, enabling precise cutting, grooving, and surface processing with minimal thermal impact.

“Tapping" is the process of forming a thread inside the hole to tighten a male screw. P Accuracy is required because precise threading enables accurate tightening. Sugino Machine's tapping unit "SYNCHROTAPPER" is equipped with functions to realize efficient tapping, such as a "fast forward/return mechanism" and "fast forward/lead feed automatic switching function". Significantly reduces idle time in the threading process. It supports tapping processing of a wide range of diameters.
