Although the product has only just been launched in Southeast Asia, it has already been implemented mainly at aluminum die-casting sites for home appliances, bicycles, and automobile parts. ① Separates (removes) both chips and oil in contaminated coolant liquid ⇒ High cost performance!
Only JCC-HM can remove both chips (contamination) and oil. Oil skimmers only remove floating oil, and filtration devices and cyclone filters only remove chips. JCC-HM enables removal work that requires multiple machines with a single unit.

Sugino Machine's proprietary technology for generating microbubbles is based on both the generation technique of microbubbles themselves and the "coalescer," a structural component that enhances the levitation of contaminants by promoting their floatation.

Additionally, contaminated coolant fluid is industrial waste, which is very expensive to dispose of. Longer-lasting coolant fluid reduces waste fluid costs, and JCC-HM is so cost-effective that it pays off for itself in just one year of use.

Cyclone filters and filtration devices require filters, which incur running costs due to replacement parts, but with JCC-HM, there are no such costs. In addition, maintenance is easy as it can be cleaned by just rinsing it with water.

machine. However, JCC-HM can be used concurrently with multiple machines, regardless of the type, as long as it uses water-soluble coolant fluid. At sites where water-soluble coolant fluid is used, the peculiar and unpleasant smell caused by bacteria due to heat and humidity bothers workers. Although cyclone filters and filtration devices cannot remove stenches, JCC-HM is highly effective in removing bad odors and has been highly evaluated in this respect as well.

The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
