ALCOOL

Stable generation of 30 liters per hour of strong alkaline ionized water with less impurities with pH 12.5 at 20 ℃. The unique generation system produces only strong alkaline ionized water at pH 12.5 or higher but it doesn't produce acid water. It provides deodorant, antibacterial effect and excellent detergency. It is more environmentally friendly than detergent and effective as a cleaning agent for processed workpieces and cooling water.

FILTERMIST

Much of the oil mist generated from machines is a hazardous substance, polluting production sites and exposing operators to danger. Filtermist collects oil mist released into the air, returns it to liquid form and refluxes it to a machine. It helps maintain on-site hygiene, safety and energy savings. It is also easy to maintain because the structure is simple. It collects the oil mist generated from machines and the particles of the mist stuck on special characteristics drum pad attached on the surface of the ultra high speed rotating feather in the drum, gradually becoming lumps. It hits the inner wall of the drum by centrifugation, falls into the drain, and it reverts the oil as liquid to a machine. It has a simple structure. It is an ECO & SAFETY item because it can collect a lot of mist with a very efficient and relatively small motor. The structure is simple, so maintenance is easy. It also maintains performance at low maintenance cost.

FINE MAG

Magnet separator FINE MAG has improved sludge recovery capability significantly and also throttling performance to remove moisture from sludge. It also extends life of the coolant processing liquid, while reducing the maintenance frequency of the tank. It prevents breakdown of processing machines and reduces running cost of secondary processing equipment.

ViruClear hypochlorite water generation system

ViruClear is a device for making slightly acidic hypochlorite water, which is close to the pH of the human body, safe and highly effective in sterilization, and is now commonly used in hospitals in Japan. Using a unique carbon dioxide gas mixing method, it can safely and inexpensively generate a large capacity of 300 liters per hour of slightly acidic (pH 5-6.5) hypochlorite water "ViruClear Water" with a high effective chlorine concentration of 200 ppm. Viruclear Water is 80 times more effective at sterilize viruses and bacteria than ordinary kitchen bleach (sodium hypochlorite solution) with the same chlorine concentration. ViruClear Atomizer: ultrasonic atomizer

The ultrasonic atomizer "ViruClear Atomizer" is a device that atomizes liquids used for various applications into a mist (as extremely fine particles) by ultrasonic waves using piezoelectric ceramics. The atomized particles are much finer than those of ordinary humidifiers, and the feature is that it can be used without any problems even with weakly acidic hypochlorite water, which cannot be used with other ultrasonic humidifiers. The ViruClear Atomizer efficiently atomizes weakly acidic hypochlorite water that can safely sanitize odor-causing substances, bacteria, and viruses, allowing it to diffuse quickly and float in the air for a long time. It also maximizes the surface area per amount released with each spray, which efficiently promotes sterilization and deodorization.
